The Grading Test

What’s your belt?

Four tests. Ten minutes. The same standard our athletes are graded against — twelve levels across four belts, from Origin to Supreme. Enter your numbers and find out where you sit. No sign-up, no email.

Which standards?

The grading document holds a separate table for men and women on pull ups, push ups and squats. The hollow hold is the same for both.

The Standard

Twelve levels, four belts

Your grade is the second-lowest of your four tests — and your weakest exercise caps it at one tier above itself. An athlete with forty pull ups and a twenty-second hollow hold is not an elite athlete; they are an athlete with a very good pull up.

No Limit Fitness grading standards, men. Minimum figures for each of the twelve levels.

Push ups and air squats are counted over one minute. Pull ups are a single unbroken set from a dead hang. The hollow hold is a 6-inch hold and the test is ended at three minutes. Women below the third level are graded on knee push ups.
